CE Gives Back
The purpose of any business is to find a need and fill it. It is important to all of us working with CE Talent to take that to the next level by finding needs we can fill by giving of our Time, Talent & Treasure. We give because just like we want our clients to “Discover the Difference”, we also want to “Make a Difference”. We have been inspired to and hope to inspire others as well. Therefore we are going to pledge 10% of our annual net profits to worthy causes. To start with, we will choose a new charitable organization every year to support. We will match any donation brought in by talent, clients, staff or friends of CE Talent up to our allotted amount. These charities will be selected by our volunteer panel based on suggestions from clients, talent & staff. We prefer more local or smaller charities where the money can go to the most use. Though organizations like Red Cross, American Cancer Society, United Way and other charity giants are wonderful, we think we can make more of an impact on some smaller ones. If you think you have a great cause, charitable event, or volunteering opportunity, please contact us at difference@cetalent.com.
Featured Organization
Here at CE Talent, we are very excited to report that we have chosen to focus our time, talent and treasure in helping to make a difference in the lives of children that have been thrust into a situation having no where to call home. Sunshine Acres provides a loving, wholesome home for children who are separated from their parents and helps them establish long-term relationships with stable parental figures, preparing them for success in adult life. Sunshine Acres also provides the emotional, social, physical, educational and spiritual support for the children in their care, so they may learn to manage their own affairs along with maximizing the development of their potential, abilities and interests. Their goal is to facilitate a child’s ability to function within a community environment in a style that is both meaningful and purposeful to themself and the community.
Sunshine Acres admits boys and girls ages 5 to15 (at time of admission), without regard to race, religion or national origin. Children come to Sunshine Acres Children’s Home for a variety of reasons. Some have parents in prison while others have lost their parents. No matter what brings a child to our family, they can stay as long as they need a home, even through college. They can count on Sunshine Acres to provide...Love, Food/clothing, Medical care, Education (including college or trade school), Transitional Living, Counseling, Vacations, Sports and activities, as well as Many enrichment programs.
How can you help? CE Talent will be looking to work with Sunshine Acres in a variety of ways to help make them as successful as they can possibly be so in turn they can help as many people as possible. Here are some ways you can help.

Time & Talent
CE Talent had an office retreat with a few of our top execs. While deciding the direction of CE and how we can be even better for our clients and talent we also took some time to go to an assisted living facility that specializes in people with Alzheimer's & Dementia to volunteer. We were told the thing most people enjoyed was to have their nails painted. So out team did just that.
In addition, because they loved entertainment, we also did some a cappella singing. Some of us sang in a group together at Universal Studios, others have sung professionally in other venues around the world. We sang some oldies and Americana songs, we even took a few requests. We closed the evening out with Amazing Grace right as dinner was being served. It was so wonderful to bring some joy to a group of people often forgotten!
We were lucky enough to be contacted by a company putting on a fundraising event for Give Kids the World. We provided talent at a deeply reduced rate to help their event which was especially near and dear to our President and Director of Talent Management's hearts. They both use to volunteer there before moving to Arizona. Give Kids The World is a non-profit organization that exists only to fulfill the wishes of all children with life-threatening illnesses and their families from around the world to experience a memorable, joyful, cost-free visit to the Central Florida attractions, and to enjoy the magic of Give Kids The World Village for as long as there is a need. Over 134,000 children have had their dream come true at Give Kids The World. No child in need has ever been turned away – and no child ever will. Give Kids The World is a place where families find joy, laughter, serenity, and a lifetime of memories.
Treasure
CE Talent Sponsors 3 children from impoverished places in Asia, Africa and South America. We work with World Vision & Compassion. The children these organizations serve receive, among other things: regular training; educational opportunities and help; health care, hygiene training and supplementary food if necessary; a caring and safe environment to grow in self-confidence and social skills; personal attention, guidance and love. Though with our support, these children get health care, education as well as food and other necessities. However, we are told what really impacts them is to receive letters of hope and encouragement. If you would like to write a letter to one of these young kids, please put "Letter for Niesa, Andres, or Helen" in the subject line and email your letter difference@cetalent.com. You can even include a picture!
